  1. Upload/E-Commerce Operations 32-40 Hours P/W In-house 
  1. Freelance Bookkeeper/Administrator 8 Hours P/W Remote or In-House 
  1. Content/Website Assistant – 16-25 Hours P/W In-House

Refurbishing

Junior Buyer- 16 Hours Per Week (We can accommodate for In-Store, Remote Working or Hybrid)

Imagine having a budget to purchase bicycles/components every week? Dream job! 

But this entails being able to accurately value an item, have good communication with sellers whether a single seller or a shop/online retailer. 

As the Junior Buyer, you will be valuing items, responding to submissions enquiries, Cataloguing prices on our database and once offers are agreed, arranging collections to pick up and track the items.  

This role requires a few key skills; 

  1. Good with Numbers 
  1. Professional Writing 
  1. Organization 
  1. Using initiative 
  1. Extensive knowledge of Bicycles/Parts 

This is an Entrepreneurial Role and you will be working with Me (Main Buyer and Founder). We will together excel in giving our customers the best customer service being both professional and going the extra mile to accommodate requirements.  

Freelance Bookkeeper- 8-10 Hours Per Week (Remote or In-House Working) 

We’re loaded with orders and we need to match, catalogue and organize the orders for VAT Returns and put through weekly expenses.  

The role will require a few key skills; 

  1. Understanding of VAT Requirements 
  1. Organization 
  1. Attention to detail 

We will also be resuming international shipping again, so there is potential for more hours and training to work with the new IOSS System, where VAT is Charged at the point of sale online.  

Ecommerce Operations; In-House 27-32 Hours Per Week 

This is a central role in our business. You will be responsible for checking, cleaning, uploading, photographing and describing items accurately.  

Some of our parts are rare, so they will require a lot of research and a good understanding of Bicycle Mechanics.  

Quality is at the heart of our business and we take a lot of care in this area and expect the prospective candidate to do so also.  

Key Skills this role requires; 

  1. Great Knowledge of Bicycles & Components  
  2. Attention to detail 
  3. Researching accurately 
  4. Understanding online platforms like Canva, Shopify, Photoshop 
  5. Basic Photography Skills 
  6. Able to answer technical questions on parts.

In this role, there are no shortcuts, the item will have to be in the best possible condition, well described for the customer and if it is not in full working order, it will simply never reach a listing on our website.

          Content/Website Assistant In-house 1 Day inhouse, Remote 1/2 Days

          This is a very interesting and incredibly fast paced area of our business. Our website is our shop front, so being able to edit quickly and create offers, inform our mailing list of our new products and create eye catching graphics and content.  

          We have a lot of consistent visitors, a large mailing list, lots of social media followers and our current website manager is moving away, but will be working with us from a distance, so you will have excellent guidance. 

          This is also a very creative and rewarding role as your ideas will be welcomed and implemented.  We’re a start-up company just over 2 Years old, so we love new/crazy ideas to engage our dedicated following and there is no such thing as a bad idea!

          Key Skills for this Role; 

          1. Good Experience with Shopify 
          1. Good Experience with Photoshop, Canva 
          1. Understanding of Integrators to marketplaces 
          1. Email marketing experience 
          1. PPC Experience but not necessary 
          1. Precise Attention to detail  

          The Role(s) are weekly fixed hour contracts and the wage will be between £10.00-£13.00 Per Hour depending on experience, however these are not set and for the right person, we will be willing to make exceptions. 

          We will also warmly accept applications from Students that are doings courses/degrees I.E Accounting & Finance, Digital Marketing, Engineerings as it would be great to be able to apply what you're learning to a workplace whilst gaining some new skills at the same time. 

          These roles are flexible working, so you can decide what days suit you.
