Warehouse direct Planet X wheels have been a super-popular option for years, offering decent performance at a discount price. New rims and assorted hub packages put them in a whole new value league though.
Condition
B - These Wheels have been installed on a Bike and seen use. The Rims have little use and the Hubs are silky smooth. We think the previous owner had installed normal brake pads but realized that it requires carbon pads for the braking surface, but this has not tarnished the rim.
These are Tubular and not Clincher.
